Our Special Care for Hifzul Quran Students

At Global Institute of Quran and Islamic Studies (GIQIS), we believe that successful Hifzul Quran requires more than memorization. It requires proper guidance, continuous revision, individual attention, regular assessment, and sincere encouragement.

We follow a structured and personalized Hifz Care System to help every student memorize the Qur’an accurately, recite it with proper Tajweed, and retain what they have learned for the long term.

Our Step-by-Step Hifz Care System

1. Individual Learning Assessment

We first assess each student’s Qur’an reading ability, Tajweed, memorization level, and learning pace. This helps us create an appropriate learning plan.

2. New Lesson (Sabaq)
Students receive a manageable amount of new memorization according to their individual ability. Teachers focus on accurate pronunciation, Tajweed, and strong memorization.

3. Sabaq Revision
Every new lesson is reviewed carefully with the teacher. Mistakes are identified and corrected before the student moves forward.

4. Recent Revision (Sabqi)
Recently memorized portions are revised regularly so that new lessons remain strong and connected.

5. Previous Hifz Revision (Manzil/Daur)
Older portions are continuously revised to prevent forgetting and to maintain the strength of the student’s overall Hifz.

6. Tajweed & Pronunciation Correction
Teachers pay close attention to Makharij, Sifaat, Madd, Ghunnah, Waqf and other essential rules of Tajweed to ensure accurate Qur’an recitation.

7. Regular One-to-One Monitoring
Each student’s progress, mistakes, strengths, and areas requiring improvement are monitored individually.

8. Weekly Assessment
Students are regularly tested on their new and previous memorization. This helps us identify weak areas at an early stage.

9. Monthly Progress Review
We review each student’s overall progress and adjust the memorization and revision plan according to their needs.

10. Parent Communication & Progress Updates
We maintain communication with parents regarding attendance, progress, revision, strengths, and areas that need additional attention.

11. Encouragement & Motivation
We create a positive learning environment where students are encouraged with patience, kindness, and positive guidance throughout their Hifz journey.
